In my lessons I aim to be responsive to my students, determining locations of both stamina and weak point and also adapting the speed, mode and strategy of the lessons as necessary. Throughout my knowing of mathematics I have always really felt that I engage one of the most with the topic via doing numerous example problems, so I would put a high value on this technique to studying in my sessions. I will certainly review the last week's content at the beginning of each session to ensure a complete comprehension and to develop self-confidence for the tutees as they move forward.

I will strive to eliminate any reluctance or nervousness when coming close to 'larger' issues, whether in size or complexity of their topic, by showing natural methods to divide the issue into smaller portions which are easier to deal with, prior to developing to a complete, complete solution.

I am able to guarantee that I will hold my horses and motivating in all of my interaction with students. I would certainly enjoy to not just broaden my students' understanding but also, through the fulfillment of their development as well as success, see them expand an interest to Mathematics as I have.
